We are looking for several substitutes as support staff for our team at Mangården's service housing. About Mangården Our service housing is located in a picturesque area in Huddinge. Our 12 residential apartments are all in the same stairwell, where there are also common areas with a kitchen and living room in one apartment and staff facilities in another apartment. The bus stop is a couple of hundred meters away and within walking distance to Flemingsberg station, ICA Maxi, and pharmacy.

About the role In the role of support staff, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping duty.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is advantageous if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
