Do you want to help make a vital difference for vulnerable people? Then the job as a treatment assistant at SiS is a meaningful challenge. The goal of your mission is to motivate our youth towards new and less risky ways of living. As a treatment assistant, you will ensure that the routines in the department function as they should. You play a significant role in the stability and security of our youth and clients, providing the foundation for daily life such as schooling, cleaning, cooking, and more. You contribute to maintaining safety in the institution according to our routines, and documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building secure relationships and help ensure that our youth/clients receive the safety and security they need to break old habits. Together with your team of dedicated colleagues such as treatment pedagogues and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. The job can often be demanding but is also stimulating, joyful, and varied.

As a new employee, you will undergo SiS basic training for 10 weeks. The training combines theory with a guided introduction and prepares you for the treatment role in SiS operations.

Qualifications

Your personal suitability is key to life-changing transformation. Therefore, you need to have a good ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is that you have a solid positive view of people, great empathy, and the ability to build good relationships. You have good communication skills and can maintain your calm even in stressful situations. You also have the ability to collaborate with others and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues.

• Completed high school education
• Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations, e.g., in psychiatry, LSS, HVB operations, or care and support. It is an advantage if you have previously worked closely with clients at a SiS institution.
• B driver's license
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

Employment

The position involves night work with an employment rate of 77.4%. The employment rate may increase as schedules are currently being negotiated at SiS Rebecka.

The position is a permanent employment and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
