We are now looking for you who want to work in preschool with children aged 1-5 years.

About working with Pamoja

Pamoja is the largest provider of substitutes for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and offer a variety of exciting assignments. Together we will find out which subjects and grades suit you best.

With Pamoja, you work both flexibly and securely. You often work on short notice (the same morning) and are always uniquely matched to your assignments (based on your profile and preferences). You don't have to choose assignments, which means you never have to compete with colleagues for jobs or be rejected by clients. Our requirement is that you can work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then we expect you to work at least 1 day/week).

You can easily manage your job through our smart app. Additionally, you will have both a personal coach and a whole support team to assist you when needed before, during, and after work.

What do you need to know?

You need to have a childcare qualification or at least 6 months of experience working with children or student groups in preschool, primary school, or other educational activities. You also need to speak and write Swedish, and have a valid extract from the criminal record (order it today to get to work faster). Of course, you are a role model for both children and adults - smart and kind, simply put :)

How to apply for the job

Our recruitment process is modern, fast, and free from prejudice. You apply for the job in three simple steps without a CV. The first step is to fill out a short form about yourself. Then it's time to take our smart job test. The test makes it easier for us to understand who you are. In the next step, we will meet in a video call. If you pass all the steps, you can start working within a few days (it usually goes quickly!). You will be employed by us and work securely with a collective agreement. Or as a consultant if you prefer that. Of course, you will receive proper job training before you start.
