AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been established since 2003 and is a well-known provider of care services. We offer personal assistance, respite care, escort services, housing support, and LSS housing in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.

We are currently looking for a dedicated respite caregiver who has both education and experience working with children with autism. You will play an important role by being present and supporting him in his daily life. The position is only 8 hours per month and is divided into 2-3 occasions.

Responsibilities:

• Play and take walks
• Provide care and supervision at home or in the local area.
• Facilitate respite for relatives and give them the opportunity for their own activities or rest.

Qualifications:

• Interest in working with people and creating meaningful experiences.
• Responsibility, empathy, and good communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to others' needs and routines.
• Positive attitude and ability to create a safe and loving environment.
• Personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both the user and relatives.
• Education and experience working with children with autism.
