Personal Assistant Wanted in Upplands-Bro

Hello!

I am a 26-year-old man currently planning to move out of my parents' home. My apartment in Upplands-Bro is ready and waiting for me to move in, but I need a few more assistants on my team before I can fully relocate.

I am looking for someone who wants to work evenings and nights with me about one (1) to two (2) times a week, with the possibility of stepping in during the day if needed. To ensure we get along well, you need to be someone who enjoys juggling many tasks, sometimes assisting me in making wise decisions, having an eye for detail, and being a calm, mature, and responsible person with a sense of humor. I enjoy going out dancing, bowling, and of course, singing along at Skansen. I have a great interest in films and music and love attending concerts. Therefore, I hope you also find these activities enjoyable and want to assist me in doing things that make me happy. It’s a plus if you are adventurous, just like me!

As I am moving out, we will need to establish good routines together as I need help with various household tasks. I also hope you find cooking a bit fun, as I appreciate that. I need you by my side in everything I do; I cannot manage without you.

Continuity in my life is important since it takes time for us to get to know each other, so I prefer that you stay with me for at least two years to ensure stability. You will have an extended responsibility as staffing coordinator, which is shared among my assistants on a rotating schedule and means you will receive calls from your colleagues if someone gets sick. Your responsibility will be to call around and ensure someone can come; if no one else can, you will step in. It’s crucial that I always have an assistant by my side who knows me well. The position is, of course, compensated!

My assistants are employed by Assistans i balans, which I find reassuring as it ensures you receive thorough training, continuous guidance, and further education.
