Within the customer and business service operations, four departments collaborate with a strong team spirit and a total of 80 dedicated employees. We strive to make everyday life easier for both citizens and internal employees by providing services in administration, finance, payroll, and customer service. Our goal is to create a customer-centered and efficient operation with high competence and great commitment.

We are now looking for an accounting assistant for Region Kronoberg's Contact Center. The department's mission is to provide customer service to the region's residents by managing the region's hospital receptions, switchboard, and customer service for fee and invoice inquiries. The department also administers the development of the region's fees and charges for healthcare.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will be part of a customer service team where you will work together to answer questions about patient fees. You will provide customer service to both internal employees and external customers, such as patients and relatives, via phone, email, and mail. You will manage cases related to invoice inquiries, patient contributions, high-cost protection, and patients' rights to care, etc.

You will be an important part of a team that continuously works together to develop our service function to deliver good service to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has good collaboration skills. You are curious and eager to learn new things, and you easily adapt to change. You are also meticulous, structured, and concerned that your work maintains high quality.

We require a high school education and preferably experience in customer service and administrative work.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing is a requirement.
