We are currently looking for a Transformation Implementation Manager for our Finance Department in Gothenburg.
What We Offer:
Join a global leader in a dynamic, international industry, where you’ll work with talented colleagues and clients worldwide. This role provides excellent training and development opportunities, enabling career growth and skill enhancement in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. You'll engage directly with industry experts and senior management, in an environment where your ideas are genuinely valued and encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
As Transformation Implementation Manager, you will lead finance transformation projects impacting the NDC area, including rolling out the New Finance and Tax Platform (NFTP) and overseeing legal entity rationalization for Maersk Ocean and L&S. You’ll act as the main point of contact for regional, area, and center stakeholders, collaborating closely with other functions such as Legal, HR, Tax, and Accounting.
This role involves partnering with regional transformation teams to create project charters and timelines and holding local stakeholders accountable for timely delivery. You'll regularly update the NDC Area Leadership Team on project progress, escalating issues when needed, and will organize training and go-live schedules for smooth transitions. As a trusted advisor to the NDC Area Leadership Team and Finance Leadership Team, you'll also bring a change-oriented mindset and foster a culture of transformation, building cross-functional relationships with senior leaders across regions.
About You:
You’re curious and motivated, with a collaborative spirit and a focus on teamwork as a driver of innovation and success. You thrive in managing multiple demands in a complex, global environment and can adapt your communication style to effectively engage a broad range of stakeholders. You work with a structured approach and attention to detail, with experience in SAP and project management as a plus.
