Role Summary

For the group Business Development and Operational Planning within the newly created R&D unit Brand Identity Development (BID), we are looking for a controller.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the department.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with managers to monitor project budgets and expenditures.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls.

• Manage financial risks and opportunities within the R&D projects.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Proficiency in financial software and tools comes naturally to you, and you excel at communicating and collaborating with others. While you enjoy working as part of a team, you are also independent and take initiative when needed.
