About the Position

We at SJR are currently looking for a consultant in fund administration. Our client is an asset management company located in central Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and lasts until the end of the year, with a high chance of extension. You will be welcomed into a positive team consisting of 6 people.

Main Responsibilities

Your role as a fund administrator will involve varied and responsible work. You will primarily work with:

• Share trading
• Customer service
• Administration

You will handle and register transactions related to share trading, ensure correct documentation, and follow up on any discrepancies or issues. The role also includes complex customer service by answering customer inquiries and providing solutions for matters related to fund holdings and transactions, mainly via email.

Furthermore, you will support daily administrative processes, which involve handling documentation, reporting, and both internal and external communication. You will also collaborate closely with other team members to ensure workflows and processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the client's guidelines and goals.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with experience in fund administration, primarily in share trading. You have a good ability to work with various systems and can quickly adapt to new tools and processes. It is a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
