About the role: In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and the team on finance, administration, and ongoing bookkeeping. You will have contact with suppliers and partners, and support events as needed.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Invoice management and payments
• Support during year-end closing, audits, and budgeting
• Contact with external parties and suppliers
• Administrative tasks related to events

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in finance and at least a couple of years of experience in bookkeeping
• Is meticulous, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is independent but also a team player
• Has good knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems (preferably Fortnox)
• Is proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
