Pension Administrator at FörsäkringsGirot
SJR is now recruiting a Pension Administrator for FörsäkringsGirot. This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible with employment at SJR, where you will work as a hired consultant for FörsäkringsGirot for an initial period of 6 months. After that, there are great opportunities to be offered a permanent position at FörsäkringsGirot or to extend the assignment. At the office on Wallingatan in central Stockholm, you will find a friendly and warm atmosphere where quality and professionalism permeate both the company's culture and work results.
About the Position
As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for onboarding and smooth, efficient administration of insurance and pensions for our client companies. You will handle a wide variety of customer inquiries and provide support both via phone and case management systems. In this role, you will work with administration and support related to occupational pensions and other collectively agreed insurances, ensuring correct and efficient handling for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries related to payments, premiums, collective agreements, pensions, and salaries.
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth insurance and pension administration.
- Providing support and guidance to clients via phone and case management systems.
- Developing and streamlining administrative processes to improve quality and user experience.

In this role, your friendly demeanor and social competence play a central role in increasing customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dedicated team within Pension Services, where specialists and generalists work together to create a pleasant work environment and deliver high customer service.
Suitable Background
To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have a university degree in economics or equivalent. You have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in pension or insurance administration, and you possess broad system familiarity along with a technical/system interest and good experience as an Excel user. You have strong communication skills with very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you have high social competence and a curious and accommodating attitude. Furthermore, you are a driven and inquisitive person with a strong character and are used to leading yourself. Thanks to your friendly manner and communication skills, you easily build good relationships, and you truly enjoy developing and helping both customers and colleagues.
