Payroll Administrator Wanted for International Company
We are currently looking for a payroll administrator for an international company for a consulting assignment starting immediately, lasting until August. Here, you will be an important part of a close-knit payroll team of three people who work closely together and support each other in daily tasks. The client is located in nice premises in central Stockholm.
About the Position
In this role, you will work both operationally and coordinatively with both foreign and Swedish payrolls. You will be responsible for coordinating foreign payrolls and managing the entire payroll process from start to finish for two smaller Swedish companies.
Main Responsibilities
- Ongoing payroll administration in Hogia Lön Plus
- Coordination of foreign payrolls
- The entire payroll process from start to finish for two Swedish companies (approx. 30–40 employees)
- Support in payroll review and vacation year-end
- Manage multiple collective agreements (e.g., IF Metall and Handels)
Suitable Background
- Experience working in Hogia Lön Plus
- Experience coordinating foreign payrolls and understanding international payroll processes
- Experience with the payroll process from start to finish
- Previously worked with payroll reviews and vacation year-end
