We are now hiring a Payroll Specialist for our client

About the Role

In this role, you will be an important part of our client's HR and payroll function. You will be responsible for approximately 700 salaries while being part of a larger team that supports and helps each other. Your curiosity and broad experience in the payroll area make you well-suited for the role. You will also be responsible for interpreting several collective agreements, so familiarity and understanding of how to navigate these is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire payroll process
• Handle payroll and collective agreement questions for managers and employees
• Administration of new hires
• Reporting to the Social Insurance Agency and the Enforcement Authority, as well as reporting to Statistics Sweden
• Be involved in various HR/payroll projects
• Manage systems such as Agda and Excel

Your Experience

We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar payroll role. You do not need to be a certified payroll specialist, but it is a plus. To succeed in this role, you need a good understanding of labor law and agreements, as well as strong skills in Agda, Excel, and the Office suite. Communication skills in both Swedish and English are important for success in this role.
