About the role

We are now looking for someone eager to work this summer and help us administer quality cases in the aftermarket. We sell spare parts globally and have an extensive international customer network. We take customer service very seriously and strive to constantly improve our processes. Therefore, we must also assist our customers in the best way possible if something with our deliveries has not met their expectations.

Your workday

As part of our team, you will work on administering and following up on quality cases, as well as contributing to the improvement of our internal processes. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication and administrative skills in an international environment.

Your main tasks will include:

• Registration of quality cases in the business system
• Monitoring cases and updating and communicating with customers in collaboration with our order function
• Handling internal communication regarding deviations and participating in the daily management of deliveries and returns
• Updating and improving article data in SAP
• Registration and updating of customer accesses as needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and wants to seize the opportunity to gain valuable experience in administration and customer service. You have good communication skills and are structured in your work approach.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

• Good communication skills
• A good sense of order and attention to detail
• Good computer skills
• The ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing

Additional information

This position is full-time during weeks 21-34, with flexible start and end dates by agreement. We would prefer that you can start earlier for training. Your workplace will be at our office in Markaryd.
