Engaged Supervisor for Rusta and Matcha at EnRival in Landskrona

EnRival AB was founded in 2005 and has since its inception been one of Almega's authorized staffing and transition companies. We have many years of experience in recruitment, staffing, and job matching. We create job opportunities!

EnRival AB currently has about 100 offices across large parts of Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Luleå in the north. Our areas of operation are Recruitment, Staffing, Transition, and Education. Within labor market projects, we are, among other things, a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the Rusta and Matcha service.

EnRival is one of Sweden's largest providers of the Employment Service's Rusta and Matcha service and is passionate about helping people grow, find jobs, and stand on their own feet. We are now looking for an engaged supervisor to take over the baton in the form of responsibility for our office in Landskrona, a full-time position as a supervisor at 100%. The position is expected to be filled immediately during April.

In this role, you will concretely contribute to the individual's development while working closely with your local business community.

You are passionate about service and want to coach and support job seekers step by step until they finally go out into work or studies. You are entrepreneurial, driven, and love results. It is highly meritorious if you are multilingual and/or have a good understanding of other cultures and people's differences. It is always a plus if you are already familiar with the Rusta and Matcha service and how it is linked to the Employment Service.

We view positively if you have ambitions to develop within the company, but you must first and foremost meet the criteria to work as a supervisor.

  • We are looking for someone with a good local and regional network within the business community in Helsingborg/Kävlinge and surrounding areas. Job opportunities and association contacts are of the highest priority!
  • You speak good Swedish; additional language skills are viewed very positively.
  • You are social and open to making new contacts, with the flexibility to jump in where and when needed.
  • You appreciate teamwork, are structured, proactive, and have a sales-oriented personality.
  • You have a well-developed ability to communicate directly and clearly, enjoy challenging and seeing opportunities, and love to provide service and take joy in helping others.
  • You have a natural drive but are humble with the ability to create joy and enthusiasm around you.
  • You work effectively and for the individual's best.
  • We want you to have digital competence and would like you to be comfortable holding online meetings with video.
  • You meet one of the following options on the requirements set by the Employment Service:

Option 1

  • Education: At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
  • Work experience: At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

Option 2

  • Education: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
  • Work experience: At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in the following profession or tasks.
  • - Leadership with personnel responsibility
  • - Recruitment
  • - Transition work for job seekers
  • - Study and career guidance
  • - Handling personnel matters (but not solely personnel administration)
  • - Work with labor market and employment issues
  • - Work with social and group psychology
  • - Career guidance
