The Corporate Communications Office's mission is to contribute to the realization of Region Skåne's established operational goals, political decisions, and vision through professional communication efforts. The positions as business developers in digital communication are available in the area of digital communication, specifically in the units for digital citizen health and web communication. The area also includes two additional units, and together we work to develop and manage Region Skåne's digital channels. We are over 60 colleagues in the area who believe it is important to provide the best experience and service to residents and employees across various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will help develop Region Skåne's digital communication, based on the needs and experiences of users. Our target groups include employees and healthcare personnel as well as residents, patients, and external partners. The work involves both strategic and operational tasks to create conditions for cohesive digital communication. The role further requires close collaboration with developers and web editors, as well as various stakeholders and professions, to collectively create the best user experience for our target groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in communication with a digital focus or other relevant education. You have extensive experience working on the development of web and digital services with a focus on usability and accessibility. Additionally, you are accustomed to driving projects and working in cross-functional teams. The work involves many internal and external contacts, so it is important that you can communicate in a trustworthy and professional manner. It is valuable if you can plan and conduct user tests, and you work with follow-up and analysis in your development work. Experience working in a larger organization is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you need to understand end-users' needs and how we meet the organization's needs. You take responsibility for delivering results, have good analytical skills, and can see how the parts connect for the user.
