ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a new colleague to join us in Helsingborg. The person applying for the position will have a leading role with a lot of responsibility, becoming part of a small, close-knit team where we support each other in our daily work.

At workfind, we work with the Public Employment Service, supporting job seekers daily through the service Rusta och matcha, and in Helsingborg, we have three offices where you will work at one of them.

In your role, you will guide our candidates, preparing and matching them for their new jobs or further education. In your daily work, you will also be in contact with employers, responsible for the recruitment processes from A to Ö. You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and have the flexibility to manage your own days while being responsible for the office and contributing to the further development of workfind.

Please note that the position is 75% with the workplace located in Helsingborg.

WHO ARE YOU?

As a person, you need to be a team player and love taking responsibility; you also have an exceptional ability to take initiative. We believe you thrive in a fast-paced environment where there are demands for results, goals, and flexibility. Your communication style is clear and straightforward. You speak and write Swedish fluently. If you have additional language skills, such as Arabic, this is highly meritorious. Furthermore, we see that you have experience in the industry with a broad network of people seeking jobs and employers looking for staff.

DO YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?

To be considered for the position, we want you to have at least 180 higher education credits with at least two years of work experience, or at least one year of post-secondary studies with three years of work experience in areas such as recruitment, guidance, transition, handling personnel matters, leadership with personnel responsibility, or work related to labor and labor market issues.
