Specialistläkarna i Lund is a private clinic that provides healthcare on behalf of Region Skåne. We offer care in urology, orthopedics, ear-nose-throat, as well as endoscopic examinations (colonoscopy and gastroscopy) and gynecology. About the position

We are now looking for an administrator for a temporary position due to parental leave. In this role, you will have the main responsibility for booking patients for our gynecological and ear-nose-throat clinics. You will be an important part of our team and will work closely with both medical staff and other administrators.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Has a flexible attitude and can adapt to the needs of the organization.
• Takes responsibility for your tasks and shows initiative.
• Has a cheerful and positive demeanor, both towards patients and colleagues.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
• Has previous experience in reception and administration (preferable).
• Is IT-savvy and has experience with the patient administrative system PASIS and the journal system Melior (preferable).
