We are looking for a driven, service-minded individual with broad HR expertise who wants to be part of Geberit's exciting transformation journey. Do you have experience working in a manufacturing company and/or an international corporation? With us, you will have the opportunity to adapt and develop HR strategies in close collaboration with management, supervisors, and employees to lead and guide in HR-related matters.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We offer a broad role within HR where the content of your workdays will vary greatly, and you will constantly face new tasks and challenges. You will have an advisory role, leading and supporting the organization’s employees, managers, and leadership in HR-related matters, where your engagement and clarity in the area will further develop the organization.

One of your responsibilities will be the recruitment process for Geberit's Swedish company. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining laws & agreements, negotiating, and having ongoing contact with employer organizations and trade unions, both locally and centrally. Within the framework of management support, you will lead and provide support to the organization in succession planning, competency development, and Performance Management.

The HR team, consisting of 3 positions, works specifically with certain departments and managers in the organization, where we are responsible for HR-related matters in each area. In addition to the above tasks, you will also work with rehabilitation processes and salary-related issues as well as other HR-related matters. You will drive and participate in projects within your area of expertise at both the company and group level. In your role, you will also work closely with the Payroll & HR admin team. Travel may be required.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a broad HR role in manufacturing companies where you have worked in most of the areas included in this position. You have relevant education in Human Resources or Behavioral Science, or equivalent experience, and a good proficiency in data and systems. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is also a requirement for the position.
