Katedralskolan welcomes a new teacher to our subject teams! A retirement vacancy allows Katedralskolan to offer a permanent position at 100% in Chemistry.

The position involves planning and conducting teaching in close collaboration with subject colleagues according to the current curriculum, as well as performing job-related tasks.

We Are Looking For You

We are looking for a qualified and certified upper secondary school teacher in Chemistry, and preferably another subject, who is passionate about your field. You are equally interested in the students, both in their knowledge development and their individual and social growth. You can lead, motivate, and create engagement in the teaching situation, and you systematically evaluate and develop your teaching. You collaborate with teachers, student health teams, and other school staff, contributing to a positive climate and constructive solutions. You can use digital tools in a way that enhances the quality of pedagogical and organizational work. The position will be filled on the condition that the position is not needed by an already employed person and that we find the right candidate for the school's needs. Katedralskolan is the oldest school in the Nordic countries, founded in 1085. Located in the center of Lund, it is easily accessible by public transport for our 1500 students and 160 staff.
