Ramund School is the municipal secondary school in Söderköping with approximately 500 students. We work for our vision Desire to learn and courage to change with our core values Curiosity, Collaboration, and Joy:

Ramund School is centrally located in Söderköping, close to sports facilities and outdoor swimming areas, while forests and nature are accessible within walking distance. Here, just over 60 people work in three teams. We have a large proportion of qualified teachers and place great emphasis on everyone enjoying the school, both students and adults. In our work to build students' self-esteem and security, we work with "Motivational Lift" and a peer support program called "Amigos".

Job Description

In the role of teaching teacher, you are part of our subject team and shape the teaching together with our other teachers. You teach our students in Mathematics and Science, and you plan and carry out the pedagogical work in collaboration with your colleagues. You are part of a year-group-based team, and mentoring is included in the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics. Broad subject competence is meritorious as well as teaching experience. We want you to be well-versed in current steering documents and apply them in daily operations. We see that you are genuinely interested in teaching, school development, and seeking new ways to give students the best possible education.

As a person, you are sensitive and have a good ability to see each student's individual needs and prerequisites. You have the ability to inspire and engage, and you do not see emerging problems as a hindrance but as a challenge you want to find a solution for. You see collaboration as a path to continued development and actively participate in work and subject teams, and have a professional approach in meetings with students, colleagues, and parents.
