We are looking for you to join us in ensuring safer sales of age-restricted products! Are you positive, engaged, and comfortable taking significant responsibility in an independent role?

As an Age Controller and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around Västra Götaland, visiting shops, cafés, and restaurants. Your task is to conduct "test purchases" of items such as games, tobacco, medicines, and alcohol to ensure that retailers request ID for age-restricted goods. Additionally, you will carry out anonymous quality measurements as a Mystery Shopper. You act as a regular customer and assess factors such as the environment, sales practices, and staff courtesy based on an adapted protocol with various measurement points, similar to a customer or market survey.

We help our clients develop quality and sales in customer interactions while ensuring that established routines are consistently followed.

You must hold a manual B driving license and have good driving experience, as you will be traveling in vehicles provided by us. The role involves working in teams of two. You will typically work from morning until evening during standard retail opening hours.
