As a fire warden, no two days are alike. The role involves taking responsibility for the customer's safety, where prevention and handling of incidents are part of daily life. The assignment involves, among other things, patrolling and responding to alarms, including accidents, illnesses, fires, and break-ins. We work as a team with strong collaboration, but there is also solo work that requires a high degree of responsibility.

We would like you to be curious, engaged, and responsible with a strong focus on safety. It also requires the ability to make difficult decisions and collaborate with external parties, as you are often the first on the scene of accidents.

In addition to the personal qualities we seek, you must meet basic requirements to qualify for the position. You must be of legal age to be employed, have passed grades in Swedish 1, and have good spoken and written skills in Swedish.

You also need to be crime-free*, drug-free, have a stable economy, and be in good health and physical condition to be employed by Avarn Security.

A security guard education is meritorious for these positions. Other meritorious qualifications include experience in the security industry, some technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments.
