Here you will step into a renovation and extension project where an existing building is to be adapted for LSS group housing. This role suits you if you thrive when regulations, the construction process, and practical implementation need to meet at the right time and with high quality.

As the Control Responsible (KA) according to the Planning and Building Act (PBL), you become a key part throughout the entire process. You ensure that the control plan holds together, that controls are followed up, and that the project has the correct documentation prior to the final inspection. You operate in a municipal project environment focused on renovation, accessibility, and fire safety, in close collaboration with project management, contractors, and other consultants.

• You develop and work with the control plan according to PBL/PBF and relevant decisions in the building permit process.
• You participate in technical consultations, site visits, and project meetings.
• You follow up on controls, deviations, and measures to ensure quality throughout the entire project.
• You coordinate your participation with project managers, contractors, and other consultants.
• You document your work digitally and provide status reports as needed.
• You prepare statements for the final inspection.

• At least 5 years of experience as a KA (Control Responsible).
• Valid certificate as Control Responsible according to PBL, qualification K.
• Experience with renovation and public or municipal projects.
• Experience with renovation, accessibility, fire safety, and municipal projects.
• Good knowledge of PBL, PBF, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to work systematically and document controls, deviations, and follow-ups.

• Experience from projects within healthcare, elderly care, or LSS housing.
