We are now looking for a Security Administrator – Dispatch to Teracom

About the role

The position is located within our Security and Operations Department. The purpose is to ensure that Teracom's security organization maintains continuous capability and function regarding administrative security work. The role is responsible for ensuring, through good order, current documentation, and other administrative tasks assigned to the security organization, the protection of Teracom's and our clients' protected values.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving and continuously developing the Department's dispatch function in consultation with the Unit Manager.
• Within the scope of the dispatch function, handle the following:
  • Diary registration and administrative handling, such as inventory, etc., of security-classified documents.
  • Administration and handling of register checks and corresponding tasks related to the security vetting process.
  • Signal security.
  • Handling of security-related mail.
  • Administration of protected objects.
  • Administration of various access rights to Teracom's facilities.
• Prioritize and distribute incoming inquiries and/or incidents via the dispatch function.
• Ensure that dispatch-related infrastructure is kept up-to-date and in good order, e.g., security cabinets, stamps, forms, etc.
• With a broad competence within the security area, act as part of the redundancy necessary for operational work at the Security Unit. For example, participate in incident management, personnel security matters, security vetting, and other security-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience from a dispatch or registry function in a government agency or other relevant and equivalent operations.
• Previous experience in security and security protection work.
• Previous experience in administrative work.
• Previous experience in creating and leading small projects or working groups.
• High school education.
• Class B driver's license.

Other requirements

Employment requires passing a drug and alcohol test, background check, and security vetting with register check. Swedish or Nordic citizenship is required.

The role may involve travel and work outside regular working hours.
