We are now looking for a Security Coordinator specializing in Security Protection Agreements to join Teracom

About the role

The position is located within our Security and Operations Department and entails overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing Teracom's processes for security protection agreements and related contracts. You will lead security assessments, manage contacts with authorities and suppliers, and ensure that both our own and our clients' protected values are preserved in accordance with current requirements and legislation.

You will serve as a support and advisor to the business regarding security protection agreements and security routines, acting as the contact person for both suppliers and authorities such as the Swedish Security Service (SAP) and the Swedish Armed Forces.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Teracom's security processes concerning external actors and security protection agreements.
• Develop, implement, and manage processes and system support for the entire lifecycle of security-related agreements.
• Lead security assessments and special security protection assessments in collaboration with specialists.
• Responsible for administration and contact with the Swedish Security Service, supervisory authorities, and clients.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of security protection agreements and support the business in these matters.
• Train the organization in processes regarding security protection agreements and keep documentation up to date.
• Participate in incident management, personnel security matters, and other security-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• University-level education focused on security or equivalent relevant security training.
• Previous experience working with security protection agreements and/or other relevant security tasks.
• Experience in creating and leading projects or working groups.
• Documented experience in background checks for individuals and/or companies.
• Good proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).

Other Requirements

Employment requires passing a drug and alcohol test, a background check, and a security clearance with register control. Swedish or Nordic citizenship is required. Travel and work outside regular working hours may occur.
