About the role

As a Car Tester, you help us ensure the quality of our vehicles through test drives and a clear checklist. You are the eyes and feel that catch deviations early, allowing us to fix the right things before delivery.

Responsibilities

• Test driving according to a fixed checklist (brakes, steering, noise, vibrations, etc.)
• Simple functional checks (lights, AC, infotainment, warning lights)
• Document results clearly (via mobile phone – we will show you how)
• Photograph and report deviations, then forward them to logistics or the workshop
• As needed: simple pickup/drop-off or movement of vehicles

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and excellent driving feel
• Is meticulous, structured, and can follow checklists without taking shortcuts
• Can describe faults clearly (what you hear/feel and when it occurs)
• Likes cars and wants to learn more

Advantageous: Interest in vehicles, workshop experience, or experience with test drives/car testing.

Employment & Conditions

• Hourly wage
• Minimum 100 hours/month (possibility of more hours)
• Working hours: primarily weekdays, sometimes evenings or weekends
