As a Security Operator at Avarn Security, you won't have a typical workplace—no two days are alike. You will enjoy an exciting daily routine where your task is to enhance our customers' sense of security, prevent incidents, and contribute to a safer environment. You will grow together with your colleagues as you face the challenges of everyday life. As a Security Operator, you are the hub of the network, receiving calls and alarms which you then communicate to your colleagues. You have daily contact with the customer and provide service in various ways.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is flexible, service-oriented, calm, and organized, with a strong focus on security. You should be able to take initiative, solve problems, and enjoy working both in a team and independently. Additionally, based on your experience and knowledge of the assignment, you should continuously identify and propose improvements and developments for the assignment and its execution to deliver value to the customer.

Work Location: Södertälje

Working Hours: Variable. More information will be provided during a potential interview.

Duration: Full-time. A 6-month probationary period applies.

Start Date: According to agreement.

In addition to the personal qualities we seek, you must meet basic requirements to qualify for the position. You must be of legal age, have passed grades in Swedish 1, and possess good spoken and written Swedish skills.

You must also be crime-free*, drug-free, have a stable financial situation, and be in good health and physical condition to be employed at Avarn Security.

A guard training certificate is meritorious for these positions. Other meritorious qualifications include experience in the security industry, technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments.

* To be employed by Avarn Security AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company, in accordance with the Act (1974:191) on Security Companies. The application to the County Administrative Board is handled by Avarn Security. Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be required. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements of the respective legislation, a background check is conducted.
