DUTIES

Your duties will include:

• Administrative processing and coordination
• Support in economic processes, such as invoice handling and follow-up
• Prepare materials, statistics, and documentation
• Develop and streamline administrative processes
• Identify opportunities for improvement and turn ideas into new working methods
• Contribute to the smart and value-creating use of AI and digital tools

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Have post-secondary education in administration, public administration, economics, or other education we consider equivalent
• Have very good digital competence and are quick to learn new systems
• Are curious about AI and want to use new technology to simplify and improve work
• Are structured, self-motivated, and take initiative
• Enjoy working both independently and together with others
• Have an interest in processes and like to create order, quality, and development

You will have a role with significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence. We believe in new thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning.
