About the position

As an Accountant at Samskapa, you will become a central part of a modern and development-focused finance function. You will have overall responsibility for accounts payable and thus have extensive contact areas both internally and externally. You will actively participate in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to set deadlines. You will continuously work with reconciliations and follow-ups, and serve as a sounding board for other employees in the finance team. Other areas of responsibility within finance will also be included. The role involves actively driving improvements, developing and streamlining work processes, and finding smart, digital solutions that simplify and strengthen the finance function.

You will become part of a competent team with close collaboration and high trust, where you support each other and take joint responsibility for the whole. At the same time, you own your processes and drive them independently.

Samskapa is growing, which at times means a high pace, many parallel flows, and a complex structure. This places demands on your ability to prioritize, create overview, and work proactively. At the same time, it gives you a unique opportunity to influence, develop, and streamline the finance function's way of working in an organization that is moving forward.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education in economics, preferably a university college degree.
  • Some years of experience in similar work within economics and accounting.
  • Good system proficiency and a genuine interest in digital working methods and efficiency.

We consider it meritorious if you have:

  • Experience working in Fortnox and Capego.
  • Work experience from an accounting firm or similar operations.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and payroll processes.

Personal qualities

We believe you are a person who likes order and structure and works in a structured manner. You take full responsibility for your tasks and drive your own work forward, while also enjoying collaboration and stepping in to help where needed. You contribute positively to the team's common goals. You thrive in an environment where things happen and develop, and you have a natural eye for how work can be made even better.

To fit into our team, you need to be easy to communicate with, and a positive and cheerful attitude is important. You also need to enjoy tackling tasks, big or small, and helping out where needed, even if it is not always part of your daily tasks.

We offer you:

  • A good work introduction.
  • A generous wellness allowance.
  • An inclusive and collaboration-oriented work climate.
  • Collective agreement.
  • Pension benefits.
  • Opportunities for competence development based on needs and interests.
