About the Role

As Sales Controller for Consumer Nordics, you are a key business partner to our Nordic operations. You work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service, and finance to create insights that strengthen profitability and support business decisions.

The role combines analysis, controlling, and business development with significant autonomy. You work with customer and product profitability, pricing, commercial investments, as well as budgeting and forecasting processes. You contribute with analyses and recommendations that help the business make better decisions and create sustainable growth.

You report to the Senior Manager Finance & Controlling Sales and are part of the Consumer Nordics business area, where you will join a close-knit team focused on relationships, collaboration, and engagement. You will also be part of a Nordic finance team with close cross-border collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes, and be responsible for reporting
• Conduct analyses of customers, products, and business opportunities
• Monitor sales, profitability, and commercial investments
• Support the organization with business cases, KPIs, and decision-making materials
• Contribute to the development of processes, reporting, and ways of working
• Train the organization financially and in BI systems
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service, and finance

Who We Are Looking For

You have an education in economics, finance, or a related field, and a strong interest in analysis, business, and financial management. Experience from the FMCG industry or other consumer-facing operations is advantageous but not required.

You might already work as a controller or analyst, or be at the beginning of your career and want to develop in a business-facing role with significant responsibility. Most importantly, we value curiosity, analytical skills, and a desire to contribute to the business's development.

• Be proficient in Excel
• Have an interest in AI, digital development, and data-driven ways of working
• Experience with SAP is advantageous but not required.
