About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Victoriahem, you will get a unique insight into the real estate industry and become a central part of our customer service team, where we always put our tenants first!

You play a key role in creating a positive experience for our tenants. With the phone and email as your primary tools, you ensure that every customer receives fast, professional, and high-quality service. You are skilled at handling various types of questions and challenges with a solution-oriented and efficient approach.

You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration and a service-oriented attitude permeate our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you work in an open and modern office environment, where we always strive to provide the best possible service to our tenants.

In your role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers resolve various issues via phone and email
• Handling fault reports and ensuring smooth case management
• Performing administrative tasks related to property management
• Contributing to high customer satisfaction through a professional and service-oriented approach

We see that you are flexible and can also work in rental support, where you actively call new customers who have expressed interest in being contacted, with the goal of building trust and guiding them through rental-related questions.

The position is a consultancy assignment via Adecco starting immediately. Working hours are flexibly scheduled Monday-Sunday, and you work on an as-needed basis.

About you
We are looking for you who are driven, goal-oriented, service-minded, and seeking long-term part-time work. You can work at least two days per week and are available to work full-time during Christmas and summer.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good communication skills, be solution-focused, and humble. As a person, you are attentive and accommodating with a sense for details that make a difference to the customer's experience. Studying a property-focused education is a plus.

We see that you have the ability to build relationships and create trust – both with our tenants and your colleagues!

Important for the role:

• You have work experience in customer service or sales via phone
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• You are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%
• You have at least three terms remaining in your current education

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
