Sales Support Specialist for World-Leading Aimpoint in Malmö

Aimpoint has been active since the 1970s and is today globally recognized for its red dot sights. The products are used by both professional users and enthusiasts worldwide. We are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team and contribute to the company's continued growth.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will become part of an engaged team of six colleagues. You will have a central role where you are responsible for receiving and processing orders from both individual users and international authorities as well as defense organizations.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Handle customer inquiries, service cases, and communication via the company's various channels.
- Administer quotes, orders, invoices, credit notes, and price lists in CRM, ERP, and business systems.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and invoicing, and ensure delivery according to agreed timelines.
- Manage customer data, sales-related administration, export cases, and support the forecasting process.
- Plan and execute customer events and contribute to achieving the department's goals and service levels.
- Support the sales team in their customer interactions.
About the position:
The position is full-time with office hours and is located at Aimpoint's office in Jägersro, Malmö. You will be employed as a consultant through StudentConsulting. The position starts with a six-month employment contract, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for conversion to a permanent position at Aimpoint. Start date is immediate.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for you who have experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or sales. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. It is an advantage if you also speak French, Spanish, Polish, or German. You are comfortable with systems and thrive in a role where structure, attention to detail, and business understanding are key to success.
As a person, you are structured, self-initiating, and communicative. You are willing to take responsibility, collaborate easily, and are motivated by delivering high-quality work.
It is an advantage if you have experience working within police or military organizations, or if you have a personal interest in hunting or sports shooting.
