ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Special Responsibility Manager, you play a key role in the store's daily operations and development. After a successful probation period, you will be given your own area of responsibility where you ensure that the department is well-stocked, inspiring, and maintains high quality. You combine operational work with leadership responsibilities, contributing to a positive work environment and a high level of service.

The position involves 35 hours per week, of which 15 hours are working in the checkout and forecourt. The remaining time is spent working within your area of responsibility alongside your colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of your own area.
• Plan, prioritize, and distribute daily tasks.
• Work with sales, display, and ordering.
• Support and guide colleagues in their daily work.
• Ensure good order, quality, and customer service.
• Work in the checkout and forecourt.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience from the grocery retail industry, preferably from ICA or a similar operation.
• Has a business mindset and sees opportunities to develop both sales and the store.
• Has completed ICA's own training and has good knowledge of ICA's concept, routines, and way of working (meritorious).
• Has a B driving license and access to a car is a big plus, as working hours may vary.

You are also flexible and adapt easily to the needs of the business and changing circumstances.
