We are looking for a driven Appointment Setter who wants to work with cold calling and is motivated by results, pace, and excellent compensation.

In the role of Appointment Setter, you will contact companies via phone, generate interest, and book meetings for our sales team. You will use the phone as your primary tool and view cold calls as an opportunity rather than a hurdle.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fearless on the phone and enjoys cold calling
• Is goal-oriented, resilient, and competitive
• Has strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Is motivated by commission and performance-based pay

Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is advantageous but not required – the right attitude is what matters most.
