Our client is now looking for dedicated customer service representatives who want to contribute to a better travel structure and improve quality within the transport sector. Do you have the availability to work in August? Then this is the perfect part-time job for you!

About the role

As a customer service representative, you will work on buses and at stations, informing travelers about current traffic information. This is a temporary assignment where you will work 8 hours a day on the following dates:

• Aug 10 - 14
• Aug 17 - 19
• Aug 24 - 26

Responsibilities

• Be present on selected bus routes and at stations
• Inform travelers about important traffic information

We are looking for someone who

• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is social and communicative
• Has access to a smartphone
• Is available to work on all the dates listed above

It is an advantage if you have

• Very good knowledge of Arabic, both spoken and written
