Tolkcentralen Skåne provides interpretation services to people living in Skåne who have hearing impairments, are deaf, or have combined visual and hearing impairments or deafblindness.

As a coordinator here, you are responsible for receiving and handling interpretation orders through our various ordering channels. Initially, this will be your main area of responsibility. The role also offers good opportunities for gradual development and taking on greater responsibility within the organization's administrative processes.

Responsibilities

In the role of coordinator, your duties include among other things:

• Register and administer interpretation orders in the organization's system.
• Coordinate and distribute available interpretation resources based on incoming assignments.
• Ensure that assignments are planned and carried out with high quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain ongoing contact with interpretation users, interpretation agencies, and other interpretation centers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as registry maintenance, scheduling, cost distribution, and statistical monitoring.

Qualifications

For this position, you are required to have:

• At least a three-year upper secondary education with a focus on administration, economics, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience with administrative tasks.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in coordinating, organizing, or planning resources, bookings, or similar.
• Good IT skills and experience with the Office package.
• Experience in service and customer contact.

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• Experience working in the public sector.
• Experience in scheduling or staffing planning.
• Experience in statistical monitoring and reporting.
