Psychology Clinics Child and Parent Health Skåne is a unit within "Nära vård och hälsa" (Primary Care and Health). Together with midwife clinics and child health centers, we form the first line of care for mental health. Our mission is to promote mental well-being and prevent mental illness in pregnant women, as well as in children aged 0–6 years and their parents.

The unit consists of the clinics in Lund, Hässleholm, and Kristianstad. Your placement is in Lund. Travel within the service may occur. The unit collaborates closely with the clinics in Malmö/Trelleborg/Ystad and Helsingborg/Landskrona/Ängelholm. You will be part of the unit's secretarial group where collaboration and joint development work are in focus.

Across the entire operation, approximately 50 psychologists and four medical secretaries work, creating a strong professional community with good opportunities for collegial support, knowledge sharing, and development. Within the Lund/Hässleholm/Kristianstad unit, approximately 18 psychologists work.

DUTIES

With us, you will have a varied and important role with many contact surfaces. Your duties include, among other things, work in Melior, PASiS, and 1177. You also work with mail handling, diagnosis registration, supply orders, and are the hub in the administrative work at the unit. You collaborate and help each other with the other secretaries in the operation. The operation has short decision-making chains and a high degree of flexibility. Your work is independent and has great freedom under responsibility. You have the opportunity to develop within areas such as IT and HR. There is also the possibility to work from home.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have education in healthcare administration of 80 KY credits or 400 YH credits, or alternatively other education that the employer sees as equivalent. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We would like you to have good IT skills and experience in handling one of the various systems such as Melior, PASiS, Skånekatalogen, and 1177. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in the profession.

For this position, we are looking for you who are positive as a person and have a good attitude towards both patients and relatives as well as colleagues. In addition, you have a good sense of service and teamwork. In your work, you are independent, careful, flexible, and responsible. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
