About the job
Here, you create stability and efficiency in production while driving the development of processes, working methods, and teams. You operate both in day-to-day activities and with a long-term perspective, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery in an environment with high technical development.
Your areas of responsibility
- Drive occupational health and safety work
- Ensure production results, quality, and delivery
- Monitor economics and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and develop teams and competencies
- Drive improvements in processes and working methods
- Collaborate with other leaders and functions to achieve common goals

The position is located in Västberga.
Your profile
With a background in a leadership role within a production environment, you combine operational understanding with a structured approach. You are motivated by developing both people and the business, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and drive change forward.

- Experience from a leadership role with personnel responsibility
- Ability to monitor economics and key performance indicators
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create engagement
- Experience leading and developing teams in an operational business
