About the job

Here, you create stability and efficiency in production while driving the development of processes, working methods, and teams. You operate both in day-to-day activities and with a long-term perspective, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery in an environment with high technical development.

Your areas of responsibility

• Drive occupational health and safety work
• Ensure production results, quality, and delivery
• Monitor economics and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and develop teams and competencies
• Drive improvements in processes and working methods
• Collaborate with other leaders and functions to achieve common goals
