You will step into a complex project where a large underground garage facility is to be completed. The focus is on the design of ventilation and smoke evacuation systems in an environment where previous documentation needs to be updated, quality assured, and adapted to today's products, solutions, and requirements.

You will work closely with the client and become a key expert in both the design phase and the construction phase. The assignment involves reviewing existing construction documents, correcting errors and deficiencies from previous stages, and ensuring that the documents meet the right quality standards before the execution contract. You also need to consider interfaces with adjacent work and clear handover points where other operations affect the project.

This is a role for you who likes technical responsibility, clear impact, and projects where you can combine design, coordination, and quality assurance in a challenging environment.

• You design ventilation and smoke evacuation systems for the execution contract.
• You review and update previously prepared documentation so that it is correctly drawn up and complies with legal requirements.
• You produce and finalize construction documents with the status of tender documents.
• You work with 3D design and deliver models and drawings according to the client's design manual.
• You participate in clash tests and contribute with models for coordination between disciplines.
• You support the construction phase by answering technical questions from the contractor.
• You handle boundaries against adjacent work and ensure clear handover points in the documentation.
• You can also contribute to investigation assignments within other technical projects at the customer.

• 5 years of experience in ventilation design.
• Documented education as an HVAC designer, civil engineering education, or equivalent.
• Documented education in AMA HVAC & Cooling.
• Documented experience in 3D ventilation design.
• Experience of at least 3 completed ventilation designs in execution contracts over the last 5 years, of which at least one of comparable size and complexity.
• Experience of design intended for either tender documents or construction documents.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing, as all communication and documentation takes place in Swedish.

• You are familiar with BEAst PDF-Guidelines, Nameplate, References in documents, Overall Plan Drawing, and More Efficient Review.
• You have experience from assignments regarding parking facilities, garages, or similar objects.
• You have experience with underground parking garages.
• You are familiar with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations relevant to the design phase, especially AFS 2023:3 on design and construction safety coordination.
• You have experience as a project manager or project leader in installation technology or a corresponding technical field.
• You have experience leading consultancy assignments according to ABK 09 and quality-assuring documents at a general technical level.
