Technical Property Manager at Riksbyggen – make a difference every day

At Riksbyggen, you are more than a technical property manager – you are a strategic partner and advisor who helps our housing cooperatives develop their properties in a sustainable and long-term manner.

We are approximately 80 employees in the Stockholm market area who together work with everything from project development to total property management.

At our company, you make a difference

As a Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for a number of housing cooperatives, where you become the board's natural collaboration partner in technical and property-related matters.

You work both strategically and operationally by:

• developing long-term customer relationships and being a reliable advisor to the boards
• working proactively with the development and long-term maintenance of properties
• monitoring and developing maintenance plans
• identifying improvement opportunities and creating value for the customer
• providing qualified technical advice regarding investments and decisions
• ensuring that laws, authority requirements, and authority inspections are handled professionally
• coordinating insurance matters and other technical issues

You collaborate closely with economic managers, project managers, customer managers, property caretakers, and other specialists within Riksbyggen. Together, you create sustainable solutions and a high customer experience.

The position involves evening meetings as part of the assignment, which is compensated with flexible working hours.

We are not just looking for a technical property manager – we are looking for an advisor who wants to build long-term relationships, develop our customers' properties, and contribute to strengthening Riksbyggen's business.

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction or real estate industry and who want to combine your technical competence with a strong customer focus.

You have:

• a university degree in construction, property technology, or equivalent
• experience in technical property management or similar operations for at least 3 years
• good knowledge of legislation, authority requirements, and procurement
• very good IT skills and an interest in digital development and new technology
• very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing

Experience of board work or personal engagement in a housing cooperative is meritorious. A B-class driver's license and own car are required.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are business-minded and have an easy time understanding the customer's needs. You build trusting relationships and enjoy developing collaborations over time.

You work structured and take own initiatives. You stay ahead, identify opportunities, and drive issues forward before they become problems. You are also a skilled communicator who can explain complex technical issues in a simple and pedagogical way. With your sensitivity and commitment, you create security for both customers and colleagues. Above all, you are driven by creating value for the customer and contributing to sustainable and well-maintained properties.
