SFV Stockholm Central manages buildings on Skeppsholmen and Kastellholmen, Riddarholmen, Gamla Stan, Djurgården, Tumba, and Saltsjöbaden. Our tenants include government agencies, museums, restaurant and hotel operations, as well as office and residential tenants.

Your Role

In the role of Operations Manager for one of two operational areas within SFV Stockholm Central, you have personnel responsibility for approximately 10 operations technicians. You are overall responsible for the operation of the properties so that the tenants' activities can be conducted in the best possible way. You have responsibility for budget, personnel, and work environment. You plan staffing and readiness. You also work with planning, implementing, compiling, and analyzing the operation of the property area, as well as developing operations in close collaboration with the employees within the property area. You report to the Property Manager for the property area.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a university or higher vocational engineering education, or alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through work experience. You have several years of managerial experience from a similar position and thrive in the role of leading, prioritizing, delegating, coaching, and motivating your employees. As an Operations Manager, you need to be confident in your role as a manager and have the ability to build a culture of engagement, humility, and team spirit with your employees. It is important that you have experience in property operations and a breadth of technical knowledge rather than being a specialist in one specific area.

You have worked with planning, budgeting, and follow-up, which also means that you should have good data skills. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working in a structured manner and have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy a daily routine with many varied tasks where you get to be both strategic and operational.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You are confident in yourself and your professional role, are communicative, and value transparency and clarity. You are a non-hierarchical team player with good collaboration skills who enjoys building relationships with both tenants, colleagues, and suppliers. As a person, you are curious and like to take initiative to find smart solutions that improve our ways of working. Sharing your experiences and knowledge is natural to you. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive your work forward, both independently and in a group. A structured approach and orderliness are prerequisites for you to succeed in the role.

Employment Type: The position is a permanent full-time position. SFV applies a 6-month probation period. Travel is included in the position.
