We need to strengthen our management organization within the property area Stockholm East and are therefore looking for a Technical Property Manager. The property area Stockholm East manages buildings and land in central Stockholm, Östermalm, and Frescati. Our tenants include theatres, government agencies, museums, restaurants, and offices. Within the property area, there are property managers, technical property managers, administration assistants, and an operations organization with which you will collaborate closely. A key part of the role is to nurture our customer relationships with tenants, our own operations organization, and the rest of the management team.

Your Role

As a Technical Property Manager, you preserve and develop one or more properties through strategic maintenance planning and project and construction management of measures and projects within the responsibility of the property area. As a Technical Property Manager, you are responsible, together with your property team, for the technical status of the properties and its follow-up regarding, for example, environment, quality, energy, cultural heritage, and long-term sustainability.

Your primary collaboration partners are the property manager, operations technicians, and administration assistant in an established management team, as well as the operations manager and group manager. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with tenants, energy coordinators, technical support, project managers, fire safety and economic managers, and contractors. SFV buildings have significant cultural-historical values, which require careful and sensitive handling to be preserved for the future. Modern functionality, comfort, and technology are also important parts. We constantly work on energy efficiency, long-term sustainability, and technical improvements. As a Technical Property Manager, you participate in business planning and budgeting, and follow up on agency inspections and technical documentation for each property.

You report to the Group Manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with a university degree or a University College Diploma (YH), or alternatively, you have acquired similar knowledge through practical experience in the field. We would like you to have previous experience in maintenance planning, procurement, construction project management (client organization), building technology, contract law, and economics. It is an advantage if you have a focus on technical installations such as ventilation, fire safety, control and regulation, etc. We offer you an interesting and challenging job in fantastic environments where you get great responsibility for properties and tenants. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, you are structured, confident, and relationship-building. You are used to communicating clearly and with correct Swedish in speech and writing.

A valid Category B driver's license is required.

Employment Type: The position is a permanent full-time position. SFV applies a 6-month probation period. Travel is included in the role.

Location: Stockholm
