Emil Lundgren AB is looking for a Service Project Manager for our business unit in Stockholm. You will sell and drive service projects within the electrical and telecommunications sectors to our customers, primarily construction, property, and facility management companies.

You will have technicians at your disposal who are engaged, competent, and proud to work for Emil Lundgren, a company that has been in the electrical industry for over 100 years. Are you interested in helping to develop our Service Department? Then we would love to meet you soon!

We perform maintenance of electrical and telecommunications installations in Stockholm / Mälardalen in shopping centers, shops, rental properties, smaller industries, KNX installations, design/installation of fiber and data networks, and design/installation of access/anti-intrusion alarms.

Your responsibilities

• Visit and process both existing and new customers.
• Negotiate and be responsible for signing service agreements.
• Have overall responsibility for the project's schedule, budget, and results.
• Together with the lead technician, assign the right technicians from the service department or via subcontractors.
• In smaller projects, support technicians with costing and material selection in offers.
• Plan resources, lead, distribute, control, and follow up on tasks in ongoing projects to achieve set goals and create satisfied customers.
• Include responsibility for quality, environment, working environment, and documentation.
• Report to the Service Manager. Office location is in Bergshamra (Solna).

Your background/personality

• Experienced project manager / service manager who has driven service projects within electricity / telecommunications or a related area.
• Educated in electricity or has equivalent professional experience.
• Driven by business and upselling with the goal of creating long-term service agreements.
• With humble and clear leadership in projects, you create trust among technicians and customers.
• If you are structured, meticulous, and can handle many different service assignments simultaneously, you fit into our service team.
• Good knowledge of project economics, contract law, and working environment is an advantage.
• Have good computer skills.
