Emil Lundgren AB is looking for several Project Managers within Construction for our business unit in Stockholm. We have won a large project, valued at 50 MSEK, where you will be a key person in driving and executing the work. We are also seeking a Project Manager who will drive several projects between 2–15 MSEK. The projects are primarily focused on electrical and telecommunications sectors, serving customers who are mainly construction and real estate companies in Stockholm / Mälardalen.

You will have technicians at your disposal who are engaged, competent, and proud to work at Emil Lundgren, a company that has been in the electrical industry for over 100 years. Are you interested in helping develop our Construction division? Then we would love to meet you soon!

Emil Lundgren offers installation solutions within electricity, telecommunications, power, lighting, alarms, and data networks. We work with renovations and new constructions of offices, residential buildings, and technical halls.

Your responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for the project schedule, budget, and results.
• Supported by estimators in calculations and material selection for offers.
• Plan resources, lead, distribute, control, and follow up on tasks in ongoing projects until inspection is completed.
• Participate actively in external construction and installation meetings.
• Include responsibility for quality, environment, working environment, and documentation.
• Report to the Construction Manager. Office location is in Bergshamra (Solna).

Your background/personality

• Experienced Project Manager who has driven a larger individual project of at least 20 MSEK. If you have driven several smaller construction projects of 1–10 MSEK in parallel within electricity/telecom or a related field, you are also interesting to us.
• With your entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and trust, you create good customer relations and drive projects efficiently together with our professional technicians towards set goals.
• Educated in electricity or have equivalent professional experience.
• Have knowledge of construction law and good computer skills.
• Are you a service-oriented, structured, responsive, clear, and stress-resistant person who always puts the customer first? Then you are the right person for us!
