You will become part of the HR department, where we are about 40 colleagues working with HR, payroll, and staffing issues at both operational and strategic levels. We are located centrally in Falkenberg, are curious, and focus on quality, development, and good treatment. The payroll and personnel administration unit is responsible for ensuring that all employees receive the correct pay on time and that our HR systems support operations in the best possible way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a Business Developer with a focus on HR and payroll systems who wants to help drive our continued digital journey forward. With us, you will become part of a team that works closely with administration and operations regarding payroll and system support for all HR processes.

In the role, you contribute to ensuring correct payroll payments and work with the operation and development of our digital solutions so that they best support our processes and ways of working. You provide support, training, and qualified user support to managers, operational support, and employees.

With us, you work in a socially important operation where stable operations, high quality, and continuous development go hand in hand. You become an important link between HR, IT, and external parties and work actively to ensure modern, user-friendly, and reliable system support. Part of your assignment is also to further develop the municipality's work with analysis and quality assurance of HR data as well as key figures.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a bachelor's degree or a university college education with a focus on payroll, HR, or systems, or other education combined with experience that the employer considers equivalent.

You have a good understanding of all parts of the payroll process and how it interacts with systems and regulations. You also have experience in system administration and development work and thrive in a role where you get to combine operational understanding with technical solutions. If you have knowledge of SQL, databases, or experience working with HR data, statistics, and analysis, it is meritorious.

As a person, you are analytical and structured, with a genuine interest in seeing connections in data and processes. You enjoy working both operationally and strategically and have a good ability to switch between details and the big picture.

You are proactive, take responsibility, and are committed to developing and improving, but you also like to be thorough and dig into complex problems. Furthermore, you are communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions, and you have the ability to make complex issues understandable and useful for others.
