Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an important part of both daily and strategic work, taking on a broad and varied responsibility within finance and administration. You will report directly to the CEO and act as the right hand in financial matters. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Continuous bookkeeping and monthly closing
• Taxes, declarations, and VAT
• Control and cost monitoring
• Payroll, time reporting, and expense claims
• Handling supplier invoices
• Support with quotations and invoicing
• Currencies and inventory balance monitoring
• Other administrative tasks

Your Profile

We believe you have experience with the above responsibilities for a couple of years. Perhaps you have worked in auditing or as an accountant in a smaller company.

We would like you to:

• Have an educational background in economics, at least at the upper secondary level
• Be a proficient user of business systems (experience with Monitor is a plus)
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

As a person, you are meticulous, reliable, and work efficiently. You thrive with responsibility, enjoy working with numbers, and appreciate working close to operations in a family-owned company with short decision-making paths.
