Assistant Nurses Needed for Specialized Housing in Falsterbo

St Knut and Aspen is a specialized housing facility located in beautiful Falsterbo, just a stone's throw from the sea.

We are currently recruiting assistant nurses for the somatic ward, the transitional care unit, and the dementia unit.

There are good bus connections from Malmö and Trelleborg to reach us. We offer free parking for those who choose to drive to work.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse at St Knut and Aspen, you will perform standard nursing tasks based on implementation plans and carry out health and medical care tasks based on delegation. It is a given for us that you have basic competence in computer usage and in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You need to be receptive and have good collaboration skills with the individual care recipient, relatives, colleagues, coordinators, and managers. We work with various exciting concepts such as meal concepts and activity concepts. We work with BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia). Qualifications

• Trained assistant nurse, preferably with experience from specialized housing.
• Takes independent responsibility for own tasks in both success and failure. Also takes responsibility for the common result and does what needs to be done for the organization to achieve its goals. Comes up with solution proposals. Acknowledges mistakes and works to correct them.
• Adapts working methods easily to changed conditions. Acts without hierarchy in connection with changes. Acts to promote own development and continued learning.
• Notices others' opinions and competence and gives them space in the group in a way that benefits the whole. Identifies and develops relationships. Contributes to clarifying the group's tasks and goals. Shares your knowledge.
