The Home Support Team consists of 31 employees – assistance coordinators, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and assistant nurses – who work closely together to create secure and cohesive care for our patients. We also have a close collaboration with Region Skåne, which gives us good conditions to provide the best possible support.

As a physiotherapist with us, you work evidence-based with rehabilitation in the home environment and are responsible for prescribing assistive devices. You mentor and support care staff in a rehabilitative approach and are involved in coordinated individual planning (SIP). You also work in our joint IT system, "My Plans," where collaboration and a holistic view are in focus.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role, we see that your personal qualities are of great importance, meaning you have a good ability to collaborate and communicate and promote a good work environment. You can motivate and inspire your surroundings and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. We want you to be able to prioritize and plan your work while having the ability to quickly adapt to the operations' daily needs. You have the ability to collaborate with different professions and work in processes to create a sense of team spirit. A holistic view and a rehabilitative mindset are also important qualities for the work.

You are a licensed physiotherapist. It is an advantage for us if you have good knowledge of regional and/or municipal healthcare. You who apply to us have a B-driver's license for manual transmission to easily navigate around our municipality when needed.

Who we are

The operations of the Care Administration are directed towards the elderly and persons who need functional support, as well as persons in need of home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and housing facilities, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the Assistive Device Center in Eastern Skåne.

Kristianstad Municipality applies individual and differentiated salary setting.
