Förslöv is located on the scenic Bjäre Peninsula in northwestern Scania. Förslöv Health Center is growing; we now have approximately 6,280 registered patients and consist of 24 dedicated employees working in teams for the benefit of our patients. Our premises have also been expanded, and the operations have been conducted in fully renovated facilities since autumn 2022.
We offer good accessibility with high quality and professional treatment. Our goal is good health and quality of life for our patients, ensuring they connect with the right person and receive the right care. We offer a doctor's clinic, child health center (BVC), district nurse clinic, as well as specialist clinics such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. Physiotherapists, counselors, occupational therapists, and dietitians also work here.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now welcoming a nursing colleague to an engaged and well-functioning team!
The work is varied and stimulating, involving standard tasks for a nurse in primary care. You will work with telephone triage, digital triage, and clinic duties where you meet patients with varying care needs.
We offer independent and developmental work where you have the opportunity to make your own assessments and take responsibility in daily patient care. You will become an important part of our cross-professional team and work closely with several different professional categories to jointly create safe and accessible care for our patients. There are also good opportunities to participate in the continued development and improvement work of the operations. We also have several specialist clinics led by nurses. If you have a specific area of interest that you are passionate about and wish to develop further, we would love to utilize your engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a prerequisite for the position. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care and/or with the medical record system PMO.
You have a genuine interest in primary care and thrive in a role where you can combine independent work with close collaboration with other professions. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and secure in your professional role. You have a good manner of dealing with people and always work with the patient's needs in focus. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
